Olympus brings into one application what many companies today have spread across five or six programs: CRM, invoicing, inventory, logistics, accounting and human resources. It is multi-company and multi-user, with roles and permissions per department, and runs in the browser with nothing to install.

Sales: leads, opportunities, quotes, orders and follow-up of every customer with their history of emails, calls and documents. Invoicing compliant with VeriFactu and SII, gap-free numbering, recurring invoices, direct-debit batches and online payment. Inventory with multiple warehouses, batches, serial numbers and traceability. Purchasing and suppliers. Accounting linked to invoicing. HR with employee records, absences and time tracking.

Connectors: integration with marketplaces (Amazon, Miravia, ManoMano and others), with carriers (labels and tracking), with BaseLinker and with Shopify, WooCommerce or PrestaShop shops. If your case is not covered, we build a custom connector on the Olympus API.

It is designed for companies with old systems held together by patches that break: each module works on its own and shares its data with the others, so if one is updated the rest keep working. The AI plan adds a private assistant that works only with your company's data: it answers questions about sales or stock, drafts emails and generates reports.
