Privacy policy

Translation for information purposes. In the event of any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.

What data we process and why

We keep a record of each consent (date, version of this policy and the channel through which it was given) so that we can prove it. Current version: 2026-10.

  • Contact and quote form: name, email, phone and message, to reply to you. Legal basis: your consent and the application of pre-contractual measures.
  • Client area: account, company, ticket, quote and invoice data, to provide the contracted service. Legal basis: performance of the contract and legal tax obligations.
  • AI consultant: the text you write is sent to an AI provider (Anthropic Claude or Google Gemini) to generate the answer and is not stored in our database unless you request a quote.
  • Marketing communications: only if you tick the box when signing up or in your profile, we send you SeguraTech news and offers by email. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time from "My details" in the client area or by writing to info@seguratech.es.
  • Email: the messages you send to our company addresses are stored alongside your client record so we can follow up on your requests. Legal basis: legitimate interest in managing the business relationship.

Retention

Contact messages, for up to 12 months if you do not become a client. Client data, for as long as the relationship lasts and afterwards for the statutory periods (for tax purposes, at least 4 years; commercial documentation, 6 years).

Recipients and processors

We use Google Firebase (hosting, database and authentication, with data in the European Union), Resend for sending emails and Stripe for payments. Any transfers outside the European Economic Area are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or by standard contractual clauses. We do not disclose data to third parties unless legally required.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@seguratech.es. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (Spanish Data Protection Authority, aepd.es).

Deleting your account and your data (SeguraTech app and client area)

If you use the SeguraTech mobile app (Android/iOS) or the client area at seguratech.es, you can request the deletion of your account in two ways:

  1. From the app: My details → Delete my account. You will receive a confirmation email.
  2. By email to info@seguratech.es from the address you signed up with, with the subject "Account deletion".

Within a maximum of 30 days we remove your access and your personal data (name, contact details, address, tickets, attachments and notification tokens). We keep only invoices and accepted quotes for the period required by tax and commercial law (generally 6 years), and they cannot be used for any other purpose.
